Haavard Selnes, Senior palynologist

Haavard completed his Cand. Real. degree in Quaternary geology and palynology in 1982 after studies at the universities of Bergen and Trondheim. He joined IKU (Continental Shelf Institute) in Trondheim in 1982 working with pre-Quaternary palynology and in 1984 together with co-workers founded STRATLAB a.s, a biostratigraphic consultancy company. Haavard served as managing director from 1986 until January 2001 when STRATLAB merged with APT.
