Geir Hansen - Senior Geochemist

Geir has a Cand. Scient (M. Sc) degree in Petroleum Geology and Organic Geochemistry from University of Oslo. He started his career as Trainee in Amerada Hess Norge in 1990 and moved to Geolab Nor where he worked as a petroleum geochemist (1990-1995). From 1995 to 2001 he worked as Managing Director of Surface Geochemical Services (SGS). The next move in the career was to Aker Geo Petroleum Services (later AkerKværner Geo) where he worked as advisor within petroleum geochemistry from 2001 to October 2004, when he left to join APT as a Sr. Geochemist.
